"We are going to get a tattoo together," Alexe told the camera as she documented their visit to a local parlor. "I can't just make it a normal tattoo session , so I am going to prank [Andrew]. A contestant from the new season of Big Brother has been dubbed the 'Liz Truss of reality TV' after being booted on the first day of the show.

Emily Hewertson was one of the highest-profile names to appear in the new season of Big Brother as a contestant when she was announced.

To learn how exercise might alter the structure of the stellate ganglia, researchers worked with Wistar rats, a common laboratory strain known for its reliability in physiological studies.

Last week, the country star, 42, appeared on SiriusXM's The Highway station and discussed how she feels giving honest feedback — while not always the most popular thing to do — helps the contestants be their best.

"Sometimes I get in trouble from people like, 'How dare she say that it wasn't perfect?' And I'm like, I just want everybody to learn, and that's part of it," she shared. "And nobody wants to just hear that they're amazing all the time."

The eight-time Grammy Award winner noted that she and her fellow judges , Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan, "are coming from a very constructive place" with their comments.

"We just want everybody to be able to grow and get better and just be the most awesome version of themselves that they could be," she remarked.

As Star previously reported , fans felt that Underwood was too hard on Jamal Roberts — who took home the Idol trophy — during season 23 of the hit singing competition.

In June, Roberts, 27, made it clear that there was no bad blood between him and the "Before He Cheats" hitmaker.

American Idol 's Carrie Underwood does not believe she is too harsh as a judge on the show she won 20 years ago.

Underwood, 42, responded to the critics in an interview with Sirius XM's The Highway on Wednesday, September 24, defending her feedback as constructive.

"Sometimes I get in trouble from people like, 'How dare she say that it wasn't perfect?'" she said. "And I'm like, I just want everybody to learn and that's part of it. And nobody wants to just hear that they're amazing all the time."

She then conceded that "maybe some people do," but that only hearing positive feedback is "not going to get you anywhere."

"We just want everybody to be able to grow and get better," she added, "and be the most awesome version of themselves that they could be."

Being a judge, she said, has come with its own set of challenges, including being open and authentically herself on camera.

"I'm slightly better than I used to be," she added. "But I've just never been great at putting down the walls and feeling like I could be myself."

Joining him is his father, Phil Bracco, as the duo competes against 98 other contestants in a series of unpredictable challenges for a chance to win a $1 million prize.

In an exclusive interview with SILive.com, Bracco — who was married back in April to Joey Macli — shared how the opportunity to compete with his father came about.

The journey began when his friend Rachel Reilly, also a Big Brother alum, reached out to him about the new show.

"Rachel Reilly is a friend of mine because we were both on 'Big Brother,'" Bracco explained. "She was working with the '99 to Beat' casting department and called me two days before my wedding to ask if my husband and I wanted to do it. I said, 'Could we touch base after the weekend? We're about to walk down the aisle.'"

After the wedding, Bracco and his husband considered the opportunity, but scheduling conflicts made it impossible. That's when Phil Bracco stepped in.

Big Brother 15 in 2013 was the first to start with its now-traditional 16 houseguests, meaning the two double eviction structure from last season had to become a necessity. And both of them contain some huge moments. The first came on Day 49, as the jury began with Candice Stewart's eviction, as she exchanged heated words with Gina Marie Zimmerman on the way out. When Aaryn Gries won the next HoH, she took aim at Jessie Kowalski . But as the hour played out, it became known that Judd Daugherty was playing all sides, and couldn't be trusted. Shockingly, one of the most well-positioned players in the house suddenly became the target, and he got put up and out.

Luckily for Judd, he soon returned to the house, and participated in the season's second double eviction on Day 77. The night started with Andy Herren turning on his alliance with showmance Amanda Zuckerman and McCrae Olson , joining his new "Exterminators" group to evict the former. And, in the most impressive move from the eventual winner in the season, when McCrae won HoH, he was able to convince him that it wasn't him who turned, but Elissa Slater . McCrae bought the lie, and took aim at the fan favorite, keeping Andy's loyalties under wraps.

Showrunner and EP Megan Micheals Wolflick says virtual auditions have transformed AMERICAN IDOL and shared new changes will come in Season 24.

When applicants apply, they wait in a virtual waiting room and then disperse into other rooms where they audition in front of a producer. Usually, there is a former IDOL contestant or winner who answers their questions and makes them feel comfortable.

"Then you are sent to the one-on-one audition where you get to sing for a producer. And if you make it through that, you come to sing for me," Wolflick told TV Insider. "If you make it through that, we take you to sing with [the judges,] Carrie, Luke and Lionel.⁘

"We do have some changes. I can't really get into any details, but we do have some big format changes coming for sure," she said . "There are going to be some surprises around every turn for sure."

"I think she is so tapped into the experience. She got her feet wet last year, but what I do love about her is she is invested," Wolflick explained . "She is in it and cares so much about all the finalists who come through the door."

To date no one has completed the CBS reality television trifecta — Survivor , Big Brother , and The Amazing Race — but Jeff Probst thinks Rachel Reilly may be the first.

While being interviewed by Entertainment Tonight on the Emmy Awards red carpet on Sunday, Sept. 14, Probst was told about Reilly's interest in competing on Survivor and becoming the first person to complete the CBS reality trifecta.

"Well, first she's got to apply," the longtime Survivor host said. "I mean, come on, she's got to want it bad enough to send in a little two minute video and say, 'Here's why I should be on.'"

The push for Reilly to star on Survivor came after she was shockingly eliminated from Big Brother last week due to the "White Locust" twist. Fans and former houseguests found the twist to be unfair as it sent the Big Brother legend home without an eviction vote.

On Tuesday, Sept. 16, 14 celebrities and their professional partners will be introduced in the two-hour Season 34 premiere and begin their pursuit for the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

ABC previously announced the cast on Sept. 3, revealing that wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin, Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles, a couple stars of "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" and more famous faces will be trying their best to master ballroom and Latin dances like the Salsa, Cha Cha, Tango and Jive every week.

They'll be critiqued by Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough, who are returning to the judges' table this season. Meanwhile, Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough are also returning as co-hosts.

The network shared in a press release what fans can expect from the first episode as the long-running competition show will be celebrating its 20th anniversary.

The vegan bar combined seven different ingredients — chocolate, vanilla, cashews, almonds, dates, cayenne pepper, and maca root — all said to have libido-enhancing properties, into a spicy yet creamy, nutty, and earthy bar.

The Gallaghers kicked off their pitch by performing a rap and by saying they could personally attest to the product's ability to get couples doing the "mattress mambo" or "pants off, dance off" — and yes, the Sharks groaned, too (via YouTube ). They also highlighted the benefits of the bar's unique ingredient, maca root, a which Michael Gallagher called the "Peruvian Viagra." The couple acknowledged the bar was not intended to stimulate immediate sexual activity, but was instead meant to be a lifestyle bar. "Michael and I ... like to enjoy it together," Jennifer Gallagher explained to the Sharks. "We call it sexy snack time."

What was not so sexy was the product's sales figures. 'Dancing With The Stars' Fans, See How Former Host Tom Bergeron Called Out The Show

With Dancing With the Stars gearing up for season 34 , there's one person who's reflecting on his time being on the show.

The ABC series is back for an another installment on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 , but longtime fans know there's more to season 34 than just a new batch of contestants. This year marks the 20th anniversary of DWTS being on the air, which is bringing up a lot of memories for those who were with the show from the beginning.

One such personality walking down memory lane is former host Tom Bergeron , who was a fixture on the series for the first 28 seasons of DWTS . Posting a throwback photo on Instagram of himself lying on a couch backstage, he also gave a key tip to those who are participating on the show this season.

"Best wishes to the @dancingwiththestars gang for the milestone season premiere next week," he wrote alongside the image on September 8. "Here's a tip from my years hosting: pre-show office naps help conserve energy. 😏."

Given how it's been more than five years since Tom was on Dancing With the Stars, some were still nostalgic and hoping to see him back on their screens very soon.

"As much as I love the show, it will never be the same without you!!" one person wrote in the comments. "We love and miss you hosting! YOU are dancing with the stars! ❤️🙌," another declared. "You are THE BEST host, Tom! Great respect. 👏 We miss you," a different follower added.

While Dancing With the Stars currently has Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro as the co-hosts, we love to see Tom pop up with his experiences from working on the show. And as for the possibility of seeing Tom back in the DWTS ballroom at some point, he did tell USA Today in July 2025 that he'd be open to the opportunity if it came his way.

"[Executive producer Conrad Green ]'s been largely responsible for getting the show back on track," he told the outlet at the time. "We did have lunch, and we did talk, and I offered a scenario where I might come back for a night in a certain capacity. The mirrorball is back in their court now."

Dr. Colvin further explains that this breaks down to about 30 minutes a day for five days a week, and you can do some combination of vigorous and moderate exercise throughout the week.

An easy hack if you're just getting started? Try splitting the daily 30-minute sessions into 10-minute intervals throughout the day. And if you are super active and looking for more of a challenge, you can obviously go beyond the recommended time. "For additional health benefits, doubling that—300 minutes of moderate [exercise] or 150 minutes of vigorous [exercise]—is encouraged," she says.

Generally, there is no difference in how much exercise one needs based on gender. The only other consideration is that if you have limited mobility or other medical conditions, you may need to consult your physician on the most suitable physical activities.

Rebecca told the Sharks that her inspiration for the company arose when one of her clients from the MediSpa that she owned did not receive their delivery after it had been shipped out, costing her business money and her client valuable time. Fourteen singles who previously appeared on "Love Island" shows across the world are coming together for the second season of "Love Island Games." So, who will win the title of love?

The show, a spinoff of the popular dating franchise first made famous in the U.K., is set to begin this month in the same gorgeous Fijian villa where "Love Island USA" films.

The cast, which was revealed on Sept. 9, features a mix of "Love Island" favorites , including three from the latest messy U.S. season that wrapped up filming in July. A popular islander from Season 5 is also set to star on the show, mixed in with cast members from the series' foreign branches in the U.K., Australia, the Netherlands and beyond.

On the new(ish) spinoff, islanders still look to form connections, but with a side of competition. The season is shortened, and Ariana Madix, who has been the host of the last two seasons of "Love Island USA," will return to anchor.

The first season of "Love Island Games" housed just short of 20 episodes, a highly truncated version of a show whose namesake franchise can last up for 40 episodes.
