Ray J shocked viewers during a livestream this week by claiming he's about to "drop" a federal RICO case involving Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, even comparing it to Sean "Diddy" Combs' high-profile case. He warned, "The feds is coming … it's worse than Diddy," sparking speculation across social media.
For the unversed , during his livestream, Ray J told fans, "Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There's nothing I can do about it." He doubled down on the claim, saying the supposed federal investigation "is worse than Diddy." However, no evidence has been provided to back his statement, and federal authorities have not confirmed any such case. The singer's accusations fall under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), a law typically used to prosecute organized crime groups.
