An agreement with SupplyCore CEO Peter Provenzano's Joseph James Partners to redevelop the city-owned building at 134 N. Main St. is falling apart for a second time, just as the city's deal with Rock Valley College to bring an advanced technology center to the former Barber-Colman factory campus disintegrates.
After an earlier vision for turning 134 N. Main St. into a 76-room hotel didn't come to fruition, Provenzano in August reached an agreement with the city for a scaled-down project!
