“ Selling the OC ” star Fiona Belle understands why so many of her luxury real estate clients want properties where they can live out their coastal California dreams because it's a lifestyle she herself enjoys at her new home near the beach in San Diego .
The 24-year-old luxury real estate agent moved into the two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 2,000-square-foot home she's renting just weeks after she made her reality TV debut on Season 4 of the Netflix show, which debuted in November 2025.
Situated in the Crown Point neighborhood of San Diego, Belle's fully furnished modern new-build residence is within walking distance of picturesque Mission Bay and just a short drive to The Oppenheim Group 's San Diego office, where Belle commutes “four times a week minimum.”
As a University of California, San Diego graduate who grew up in the Orange County city of Lake Forest , Belle has done business in both markets since starting her real estate career at the end of 2022.
“I'm coming in as one of the newer agents at The Oppenheim Group so I'm kind of just finding my footing there and getting to know the different agents and learning,” she says.
“Obviously, I have more of a background doing real estate in San Diego, so Orange County is definitely a newer market for me even though that's where I grew up.”
As Belle navigated the learning curve that came with expanding her geographical territory, she also faced challenges with fellow agents, namely Ashtyn Zerboni , who accused Belle and “Selling the OC” veteran Alex Hall of poaching and flirting with a high-end client named Andrew .
The feud dominated Belle's storyline on the show, but she tells Realtor.com the situation was wildly misconstrued.
“Alex and I had no idea that Andrew was associated in any way with Ashtyn, so when we were going into that listing appointment, it was not for any reason other than The Oppenheim Group gave us a potential listing and we were going in to meet the homeowner and see the house,” she clarifies.
