EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) — A 16-year-old girl tried walk across the border carrying a portable speaker box stuffed with methamphetamine, U.S. Customs and Protection said in a news release.
The teen attemped to cross into the U.S. from Mexico using the pedestrian lanes at the Ysleta Port of Entry on Thursday in El Paso’s Lower Valley.
Inside the speaker box, officers found three bundles of methamphetamine weighing approximately 2.4 pounds. The girl was turned over to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office to face charges.

Boys & Girls Clubs of LA Harbor offer 5,000 meals a day during coronavirus pandemic –
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the LA Harbor have stayed busy despite postponing most of their events because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The clubs have been active with their "Grab & Go" hot meal program the last in seven weeks in the Wilmington, Harbor City and Harbor Gateway. The clubs also hosted an event in San Pedro Monday, May 4 — the day before a global Giving Tuesday campaign .
The clubs have distributed an average of around 5,000 meals a day. Another giveaway at the Cheryl Green Center, in Torrance, distributed around 300 family-sized meals — about 2,100 individual meals — to residents, with help from Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn.

When I was growing up, my mom used to tell me that watching television would fry my brain cells. It may have taken me 20 years to believe her but this messy mix of sex (or lack thereof), terrible comedy and brainless contestants proved her correct. After watching Too Hot To Handle I, with confidence, can say I understand her point now.
Firstly, I tried to convince myself to say that the show sucked. I want to say that the show was ruined by the on-the-fly rules or cheesy workshops. Even more so, I wish I could say that Too Hot To Handle was another flopped attempt at a reality TV dating show. Yet, as much as I don't want to admit it, I loved this show despite the toll it may have taken on my brain.

When Mindy Kaling announced Never Have I Ever last year, we cheered for her and for all the right reasons. Out on Netflix, the ten-part show is an easy-breezy watch for anyone who likes a good teenage drama. It's funny, it's sensitive, it's refreshing and it can get you in the guts if you happen to watch that last episode on one of those weak days.
But as someone sitting here in India and watching Never Have I Ever , I was left with minor nagging concerns, a few questions and some *sighs* I tried to hold under my breath.
