A fleet of mysterious lights filmed off North Carolina's Outer Banks has sparked hundreds of conspiracy theories on social media. On September 28, a man named William Guy posted a 30-second video on YouTube. Titled 'Real UFO Sighting', the video appears to show 14 glowing orbs over water.
According to WYFF , Mr Guy captured the mysterious cluster of lights while aboard a ferry in the Pamlico Sound lagoon.
