‘Dance Moms' Castmates Reunite 13 Years After Show Premiered

"Dance Moms" was a worldwide hit when it premiered 13 years ago. It followed aspiring young dancers, their overprotective moms and a tyrannical teacher named Abby Lee Miller. Now, they are all grown up and returning for a two-hour reunion. However, Miller is nowhere to be found in the reunion special. Published reports say several former students would not participate in the reunion if Miller did. Inside Edition's Alison Hall met up with the dancers at New York's Broadway Dance Center.

70, Unrecognisable As He Strips Topless On The Beach In Australia

Yahoo Serious, who will turn 71 later this year, was seen brushing his long grey locks out of his face as he wound down from his morning exercise.

The Australian star, real name Greg Gomez Pead and best known for his films Young Einstein and Reckless Kelly, looked incredible as he turned up at the seafront wearing just blue shorts.

The comedian is best known for Young Einstein, a cult film he wrote, acted, produced and directed in 1988.

It was a huge success grossing $24.9 million world wide and winning an award from the Australian Film Institute Awards.

Based on the legendary Australian gang leader Ned Kelly, it proved a hit down under but failed to take off in other countries.

His third film, 2000's Mr Accident about the most accident-prone man in the world, also failed to find an audience outside Australia.

In the same year he sued search engine Yahoo! for trademark infringement, however the case was later thrown out of court.

Yahoo went on to appear in several TV series and films as himself including Cinema 3 and Waltzing Matilda: The Song That Shaped A Nation.

These days Yahoo doesn't do much acting but is the director of Kokoda Track Foundation, a humanitarian charity based in Papua New Guinea.

Stair Climbing Workout To Boost Heart Health And Longevity

Like all research, this study has its limitations, according to Dr. Robert Harrington a cardiologist and the dean of Weill Cornell Medicine. "The study was done using data from the U.K. Biobank, a large observational/epidemiological study that has been used extensively for research purposes," he says. Because the study was observational, it could not establish causation (as in, "Climbing more stairs equals fewer cardiac events."); instead, the study is just pointing out associations between this activity and heart health. 

"Walking stairs is similar to many activities such as walking , running, and bike riding that are associated with improvement in cardiovascular risk , such as a reduction in heart attacks," Harrington says. "Stair walking may be a bit more exertion than simply walking , and it also requires some balance and core strength that might combat an issue like frailty and muscle weakness." 

Ascending a few dozen feet before you sit at your desk all day may also improve longevity. "As we age, stair climbing can improve leg power and back strength, both of which can help prevent falls ," says Covin. Specifically, post-menopausal individuals who climb stairs have been found to have higher bone density . 

To start improving your heart health today, Harrington recommends incorporating some variety of aerobic activity—which may include stair climbing—into your exercise regimen. "In line with American Heart Association recommendations, I ask patients to aim for 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise (30 minutes 5 days a week). Mostly, this means walking at a moderate pace and light weight lifting to maintain strength three times weekly," he says. Climbing the stairs is considered "moderate exercise" because it burns about eight to 11 calories per minute .

The Best San Francisco Events You Missed In The Last Week (Or So)

This week's edition features the rowdy rebirth of one of San Francisco's most iconic bars, a basement punk rock show, and a film festival screening that made us rethink what acting is all about. Read all about it below, and scroll to the bottom for a few recommendations on upcoming events.

The basement of this Bernal Heights record shop is one of San Francisco's weird rooms. You know the type . A wicker chair in one corner, string lights hanging from the ceiling, graffiti lining exposed wooden beams. Knickknacks seem to spawn from the void. The ceiling is low, the floor uneven and the speakers alarmingly loud. You enter through an unmarked door, which leads down a long, dark hallway. You then emerge into a small, fenced-in backyard, complete with a rudimentary garden, walk past the punks swigging PBR tallboys and slip through the basement door, which yawns like the mouth of a cave.

A handful of local and not-so-local bands played at the basement last Friday. But the guests of honor were the Fleshies, an Oakland punk act whom my downstairs neighbor, a longtime San Franciscan, referred to as "the best Bay Area punk band." They've been around since the 1990s and now play only a few shows a year. The old Fleshies fans came out of the woodwork. One audience member even brought a baby, who sat on his lap in the wicker chair like a pale lump in a pair of protective earmuffs.

John No, the vocalist, came out with googly eyes stuck all over his face. He spent about as much time rolling around on the floor as standing up. (He really loved that floor.) At one point, his head ended up wrapped inside one guy's T-shirt; at another, he did a two-minute headstand while yelping out lyrics. All before 7 p.m.! Not a bad start to the weekend. — Timothy Karoff

There are certain concerts that years later I find myself saying — like an  edge-losing frontman of a re-re-reunited rock band — "I was there." The Cindy Lee show at Make Out Room last week might just be one of those shows.

Love Island Stars Drop Huge Hint They Are Back Together After Split Earlier This Year Left Them In 'Crisis Talks...

The TV stars first found fame when they coupled up together on the ITV2 reality dating show in 2023, but split towards the end of last year. 

They got back together shortly after but were in 'crisis talks' in February after calling it all off again, but both of them now seem to have hinted that a reconciliation has taken place.

On Saturday, they both uploaded Snapchat stories where they were each seen shopping in Selfridges in London and posted the snaps at exactly the same time.

Island fans think Tyrique Hyde and Ella Thomas are back together after they posted snaps together at the same shopping location on Saturday

Tyrique simply captioned his Snapchat post 'Forgive' whilst Ella was shortly seen with a luxury item from the department store 

In Ella's post, she confirmed she was in the same store by posting an image of a Louis Vutton shopping bag.

In a third snap, Ella was seen trying on a pair of designer trainers but she did not caption that post.
