HEALTH AND FITNESS: Make It Work For You

There's no shortage of ways to fit exercise into your daily schedule, even on days when a trip to the gym is not in the cards.

Over the past few weeks, I've written about three powerful steps you can take to improve your health: move more, eat smart and chill out. Each of these behaviors has clear and well-established benefits. But there is a fourth step that ultimately determines whether those changes actually happen and last: Make it work for you.
