Strictly Come Dancing sweethearts Molly Rainford and Tyler West are rumoured to have joined the cast of Celebrity Race Across the World, it has been reported. The EastEnders actor, aged 24, and the Kiss FM DJ, 29, who sparked their romance on the BBC dance competition last year, are believed to have completed filming for the hit series where celebrities test their mettle in a global navigation challenge.
The previous instalment of the intense travel programme, which forbids the use of mobile phones and booking flights for its wealthy participants, was broadcast last August and featured personalities like Kelly Brook, Scott Mills, Jeff Brazier, and Kola Bokinni racing through South America . Spilling the beans on the show's latest additions, an insider revealed: "Molly and Tyler are a huge coup for the show. They're popular with millions of viewers from their stints on Strictly , and Molly will bring in loads of EastEnders fans too." The source also told the press: "They are a very adventurous pair and have brilliant chemistry, so bosses are confident they will become huge fan favourites."
The BBC has remained tight-lipped when approached by the Mirror regarding these speculations. After meeting on Strictly, where Molly reached the finals dancing with pro Carlos Gu and Tyler took to the floor with Australian dancer Dianne Buswell, the couple decided to move in together last year, reports the Mirror .
Only during the live tour earlier this year did their romance truly blossom, yet since then, Molly and Tyler's relationship has soared. Speaking to MailOnline, Molly gushed: "We are good and going strong and are actually moving in together - we're just going through, you know dining tables and sofas and all that kind of stuff, it's exciting."
Her beau Tyler credits her keen eye, admitting: "Molly's turned into a whole interior designer so I'm just taking a complete back seat!". Tyler first became a household name hosting on CBBC before landing his very own show on Kiss FM.
