Khloé Kardashian and ex-husband Lamar Odom had a bombshell reunion on Thursday's new episode of " The Kardashians ."
They were ostensibly meeting up because the Good American founder and reality star still had "a trunk" full of Odom's belongings, including his championship rings, to return to him.
Kardashian — who first filed for divorce in 2013 before refiling in 2016 , nearly half a year after Odom's overdose — recalled they'd "left on the worst ... of terms." "Last time I saw you, you couldn't speak," she told her ex-husband.
Meanwhile, Odom had a few gifts of his own, including a cake commemorating their wedding anniversary (the two married on Sept. 27, 2009, reportedly after just a few weeks of dating.)
At one point, the two get on the phone for a chat with "momager" Kris Jenner , who later gives an emotional confessional about seeing the ex-couple communicate again.
Though she claims she "blacked out" for parts of their conversation, it appears to have been a productive one for Kardashian, who says: "I am ready to start my 40s fresh and free."
