Tori Spelling is spilling all the tea about her time filming Scary Movie 2 — including how her dad gave his blessing for her to go topless in the 2001 comedy.
On the most recent episode of her podcast MisSpelling , the actress was joined by longtime friend and Scary Movie 2 costar Kathleen Robertson for a look back at their seemingly wild time on the film.
According to the pair, they had formed a close bond while working together on Beverly Hills, 90210 . Robertson, who has already been cast in the Keenan Ivory Wayans-directed film written by and starring Shawn and Marlon Wayans , recalled her excitement when she learned that Spelling had scored a part.

"I was so scared I wasn't gonna get the part because you were in it," Spelling admitted. "You know, here I am trying to transition to the big screen, whatever that means anymore. But, I was like, you know, two 90210 girls?" Luckily, she said, "No one even thought twice about it."
Because neither actress had appeared in the first Scary Movie film, Spelling said the considered the pair "newbies" on the set of the sequel and formed a three-person "clique" with co-star Tim Curry.
"We got along with everybody, and everyone was super kind. But they had a built-in relationship," Spelling said of the returning cast. "So, yeah. Anna [Faris] and Regina [Hall], like, would be together , and it would be you and me and Tim."
