The BBC has confirmed that Amy Dowden will not appear in the results show due to ⁘unforeseen circumstances.⁘
Following her and JB Gill's performance on Saturday night's Strictly Come Dancing, bosses were forced to call 999 after Amy felt ill backstage.
A representative for Amy stated: ⁘Amy was feeling unwell, so an ambulance was called as a precaution.
⁘She is feeling much better and would like to thank the Strictly family for their love and concern. We request Amy's privacy in matters of health is kindly respected.⁘
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service confirmed in a statement: ⁘We were called just after 9pm on Saturday to attend a medical emergency at Elstree Studios in Borehamwood.
⁘Before we get started, Amy is unable to be with us for tonight's show,⁘ Tess simply stated before revealing which celebrities were safe.
Amy and JB, who were dressed as Scarecrows for Halloween week, received 32 points from the judges for their Foxtrot.
