Topless Woman Said It Was 'Constitutional Right'

The employee told police that when she asked the woman to cover her breasts, the woman said, "No."

When an officer asked her name, the woman said it was Cassandra Jenkins, and she provided a date of birth in 1993. The officer quickly learned that the woman's name was not Cassandra Jenkins, and she was born in 1991, not 1993.

The woman who previously had been topless began to walk away from the officer, who asked her to stop. When she didn't, according to the report, the officer put her in handcuffs about 50 yards from where they first spoke.

When police said she had given them a false name, the woman admitted to doing that, and said she would not say anything else to the officers, according to the report.
