" The Amazing Race " got off to a whirlwind start last week, with teams already jet-setting across the Pacific Ocean. Contestants will learn the next leg of the journey when episode 2, "You Don't See That at Home," airs on Wednesday, October 4 (10/4/2023) at 9:30 p.m. ET.
In the premiere, teams raced from the Hollywood Sign in California through Los Angeles to the Millennium Biltmore hotel, where they had to traverse two rooftops on a tightrope, then unscramble letters to figure out their next destination: Bangkok, Thailand.
