Russian artists’ Spotify accounts defaced by pro-Ukraine hackers

A group of pro-Ukraine hackers recently compromised the Spotify accounts of several well-known Russian musicians, swapping out their profile pictures for images of Ukraine's flag and a Ukrainian rapper, along with messages to stop Russia's war in Ukraine.

The attacks, which began last week, targeted some of the most recognizable Russian artists who had previously expressed their support for the Kremlin and the war in Ukraine, including Nikolay Baskov, Grigory Leps, Oleg Gazmanov, and the rock band Leningrad.

Hackers Try to Break Into 1Password Using Data Stolen From Okta Breach | PCMag

Cloudflare reports the company experienced a similar incident on Oct. 18, involving the hackers using a stolen session token from Okta. This led the hackers to compromise two separate Cloudflare employees accounts with Okta. 

However, Cloudflare’s security systems detected the intrusion. “We have verified that no Cloudflare customer information or systems were impacted by this event because of our rapid response,” the company wrote in its own blog post .
