JAMMU: In the inter-school Swimming competition, organized by the District Youth Sports and Services J&K, Jammu JK Public School Kunjwani won 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal. The competition was held at KC Public school Jammu from 03-06 Oct 2023.

Many thanks to the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring the senatorial debate on Sept. 19. I was very encouraged by the standing room only crowd, however, I hope that many others will do their homework and understand what each of the candidates actually stand for.
I was appalled at the lack of understanding that Diggs displayed during the debate. Instead of telling the voters in detail what he stood for, Diggs used many opportunities to criticize his opponent.

Former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines shared a video on Wednesday promoting "Real Women's Day" on October 10.
Gaines, who delayed dental school in order to join the fight to protect women's and girl's sports, explained that in Roman numerals the date — 10/10 — would read X/X just like the chromosomes of a biological female.
