Ben Goulart, aka "The Mural Man," is spearheading the creation of the "Spiritual Shark Tank Mural," which wraps around the restroom building at the Del Norte Street Pier, located at the foot of Del Norte Street in Eureka.
"Eureka has always been edgy and creative, funky and free, so that is how we chose this mural to be," Goulart said.
