These election deniers and conspiracy theorists won their elections

Some of those conspiracy-touting state legislators are set to be in major positions of power, including overseeing committees that will soon pass legislation aimed at the election systems they've said can't be trusted.

State Sen. Wendy Rogers, R-Flagstaff, was easily reelected. She has built a national profile as one of the most prominent voices pushing false claims about the 2020 election, and now the 2022 election.

Milwaukee Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Conspiracy to Defraud Medicare and Medicaid.

Gregory J. Haanstad, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced that on November 18, 2022, David Guerrero, Jr., was sentenced to 32 months' imprisonment for conspiracy to defraud Medicare and Medicaid.

Court records in the case established the following. Guerrero worked at two Milwaukee-area medical clinics.

Ohio Woman Sentenced to 168 Months for Methamphetamine Conspiracy | USAO-EDKY | Department of ...

COVINGTON, Ky – A Mason, Ohio, woman, Amanda Baker, 38, was sentenced on Tuesday to 168 months in prison, by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

According to her plea agreement, Baker was involved in a conspiracy that distributed multiple kilograms of crystal methamphetamine in Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio.
