Nonprofit helps women immigrants and refugees create businesses in Lincoln

Six women from various parts of the world participate in The Refinery entrepreneurship program at ECHO Collective in Lincoln.

Vinton Today - Stark Strength comes to Vinton

She conducts mobility classes along with other activities for anyone wanting to take steps to improve their fitness. She conducts two 45 minute classes in the evening at 5:15 and 6:15 p.m.
