ForeVR launches its new virtual reality pool game | VentureBeat

ForeVR announced today the launch of its newest casual VR title: ForeVR Pool. As the name suggests, it's a VR title in which players can play billiards with each other in virtual tables. It releases today for Meta Quest 2 and Pro headsets.

ForeVR Pool is both single-player and multiplayer, where gamers can challenge each other or NPCs. It features virtual environments in Brooklyn, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago and Paris as well as customizable match settings and unlockable cues.

Danbury police explore virtual reality in officer training

Technology and weapons development company Axon Network showed staff at Danbury police headquarters on Thursday how virtual reality and simulator technology can better prepare officers for complex situations that require critical thinking and de-escalation.
