‘Station 19’ Writers Room Incident Involving Written Racial Slur Sparks Inclusive Workplace ...

Shonda Rhimes' Shondaland is behind Grey's Anatomy and Station 19. The company, which has broken numerous barriers for on- and off-screen representation over the past two decades, quickly intervened after the incident occurred, sources said.

It is unclear what exactly the reimagined leadership structure on the show would be. Since Vernoff runs both Grey's Anatomy and Station 19 , her No. 2 and top lieutenant on Station 19 is Kiley Donovan.

Station 19 Makes Series Regulars of 3 Actors Ahead of Season 6 Premiere

Former  Greenleaf leading lady Dandridge made her debut on the Grey's Anatomy spinoff back in Season 5 as Chief Natasha Ross, who has a past, and quite possibly a future, with a recently divorced Sullivan (with whom she did a tour of duty in Iraq).

Of course, that may be far easier said than done, considering that Bishop's old job has been filled since Season 5 by the polarizing Captain Sean Beckett — whose portrayer, Ozark and Westworld vet Randall, is sticking around.
