A man has claimed a North Yorkshire town is a hotspot for UFO encounters and 'alien' craft sightings.
He claims that, in 1956, a 'flying saucer' also landed in Loftus, a town situated to the north of the North York Moors and about 17 miles from Whitby by road.
He has taken his own footage of incidents, among them a video of a dolphin-shaped object he saw in the sky over Filey. Some have suggested it was a helium balloon but Mr Kellett believes it was an 'alien craft'.
