Almonds could be answer to healthy heart, longer exercise, better sleep

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Advancing Exercise and Nutrition Research at Florida State University is doing a study using almonds.

The campus is calling on everyone 50 to 64 years old to participate in a test designed to track heart health, exercise performance and sleep quality.
