Acclaimed music producer Louis Bell listed his Los Angeles home on Friday for just over $3 million, Mansion Global has learned.

Located in the Hollywood Hills, the 3,782-square-foot house features canyon views, ample outdoor space and a music studio where Mr. Bell worked for the last few years.

However, right before the dreaded Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) kicked in again, some of us were fortunate enough to have a taste of a physical show.

With free gigs and exhibitions from KL-based photographer Ajiem Serr and Singaporean skater-illustrator Mister Tucks , as well as multimedia works from JPEGMAFIA and Denzel Curry , the pop-up was among the final events held at the local cultural institution's premises on 45 Armenian Street.
