Vanessa Hudgens Shows Off Toned Abs In Crop Top Instagram Photo

"Fabulous queen ❤️," someone commented. "Uh girl this body, okay bye. 🙌❤️," wrote another user, and it's hard to argue with that logic. Vanessa came to slay, and slay she did (in sweats, no less!).

Mixing things up doesn't just keep Vanessa from getting bored, it helps her train every muscle group she can. Cross-training is a big part of Vanessa's workout strategy and helps her get the most out of all that time at the gym.

Gabrielle Union, 48, Shows Off Toned Abs In Swimsuit Instagram Pics

"My Favorite 🥵 ❤️ 😍," commented her husband and NBA star Dwyane Wade. Gab's response: "Meet me on the side of the house." Talk about relationship goals!

As far as strength training goes, Gabrielle is all about basic lower-body moves, like squats and lunges. "They've never really failed," she says. "You can do those anywhere. I keep a resistance band in my backpack that I bring to work every day. I can just do side shuffles and leg lifts and squats with the resistance band."

Gabrielle keeps her fitness goals super relatable, too. "I get to work out my aggression, my fears, my anxiety before I get to work or before my daughter wakes up," she says. "It brings me a level of peace that I wouldn't otherwise have. I know when I don't get my workout in, I notice it the most in my mood. I tend to have a lot more patience after I've worked out."

How Jennifer Aniston stays strong, toned and healthy

So, with that in mind, and while in search of inspiration, we set out to uncover as much as we could about how Aniston moves her body, the diet she follows and any tricks she's shared about fitness along the way.

Speaking about their sessions together, Ingber revealed: "With Jennifer Aniston, I would do 30 minutes of spinning, 40 minutes of yoga, incorporating some of my 'hybrid' yoga poses, paired with a toning exercise. We would do some power yoga, vinyasa flow and then some yin yoga stretching, and then finish with the infrared sauna."

Naturally, as a Vital Proteins board member and brand ambassador, it's hardly surprising that Jen promotes the benefits of collagen so much, but if she really does use it as much as she says, then it definitely looks like it works for her...

As well as fasting, Aniston makes sure that when it does come to mealtimes that she opts for non-processed foods and little sugar. To that note, Ingber also said during an interview: "A healthy fit body, like Jennifer Aniston's, or even like mine, is based on healthy choices which are absolutely attainable... A wholesome diet with low sugar and minimal processed food."

In 2016, Aniston herself told Yahoo! Food: "It's pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep."

"I crack them into a bowl and I'll add a white or two into that and pour it all into the pan to get more protein sans too much yolkage," she said. "I'll have that with avocado toast sprinkled with olive oil, salt and pepper... or oatmeal with egg whites whipped into it right at the end. It kind of gives it this fluffy texture that's delicious."

Azubuike also said that he's forever extolling the virtues of water to his clients, like Aniston. "The common misconception about hydration is that you should wait until you're thirsty, and then drink until you're full," he explained. "But if you pound water right before your workout, you'll just feel heavy and full and sluggish the entire time." Instead, he says it's important to be drinking water consistently throughout the day, including leading up to a workout.

On days where she's not sticking to a fully wholesome and healthy diet of protein and veggies, Aniston is said to love Mexican food and revealed that, should she ever get a late-night craving, she would opt for frozen yoghurt topped with granola. She also makes a mean 'healthy' carbonara. "[It's] not that bad for you," she said while explaining her recipe to People, adding that it consists of one egg, a little cheese, turkey bacon and some pasta water, along with gluten-free pasta, red onion, garlic and some low-fat milk (but no cream, butter or oil).

Bonds releases 'genderless' line of neutral-toned tracksuits

Amid a massive news week, in which the defamation trial of the century was sensationally settled and the Victorian government resumed imprisoning its own citizens, Aussie brand Bonds decided the time was ripe to launch a “genderless” clothing line – the ultimate answer to a question nobody asked.

No doubt the company has been inundated for years by trans and gender-fluid folk baffled as to which half-price singlet they should pick from the supermarket shelf, or perhaps felt violated by the toxic masculinity of Chesty Bond’s lantern jaw.

Strangely none of my trans friends ever mentioned it to me but to be fair at least two of them are pretty busy analysing national security and doing cabaret shows – not at the same time I should add.

Apparently this: “We offer an assortment of genderless apparel options across our range so our customers can wear it their way.

“We recognise that the future is ‘genderful’ and want to allow our customers to express their gender and identity in whichever way is most comfortable.”

To the untrained eye these items look exactly like any other jumpers, T-shirts, hoodies and tracksuit pants people put on every day without much fanfare but their magical property, according to the website Ladbible, is that these clothes “can be worn by anyone”.

This is in stark contrast to what happens when my wife tries to put on one of my T-shirts – it immediately self-immolates and a silent alarm notifies the nearest police station.

But of course I speak in jest. Indeed, as a strong believer in both freedom of expression and the laws of physics, my understanding has always been that any piece of clothing can be worn by anyone as long as they are smaller than the piece of clothing they are trying to fit into.

It is also passing strange that in other areas Bonds is at pains to be remarkably specific when dictating what appendages can go into what bits of material.
