"Tiktok... we need to talk," the self-proclaimed "roll model" said in a TikTok video criticizing the platform.

So I'm an avid exerciser and work out five days a week. I'm back to the same size I was when I was in my 30’s and I'm proud of that. The thing is the other day I was with two other moms at a pool party and I had on a bikini because that's all I own and I felt like the other moms were judging me. One even made a comment about wearing bikini’s “at our age.” When I mentioned it to my husband, he said they were probably feeling a little insecure around me and next time I should just wear a cover up, or buy a couple of one pieces. But should I have to change what I wear because they feel uncomfortable? Why is that right? Is it wrong for woman in her late 50’s to wear a bikini? Am I overthinking this?
Listen, I think if Sandy wants to wear a bikini, she should wear a bikini. I would never feel comfortable doing that, but that’s me. Everyone is different and if she feels good about it, then I say go for it.

RENNSELAER, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Rensselaer Mayor Michael Stammel is calling on the state to close the Dunn landfill, an ongoing source of complaints and controversy.
Stammel submitted a resolution to the Common Council that specifically calls on the Department of Environmental Conservation to revoke the landfill's permit. The DEC has handled dozens of complaints about the smell and dirt that comes from the landfill and blows into neighborhoods and on the property of Rensselaer High School.

Scherzinger maintains a healthy diet. "Don't deprive yourself of anything because eventually you'll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation," she told Women's Health UK . "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."
Scherzinger revealed to Women's Health UK that one of her tactics is mixing up her workouts. "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill, maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches. When I'm home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga – a modified version of bikram yoga – or hiking, and core power yoga in LA." And of course, she dances! "I mean, I heard that dancing and laughing gives you better abs than crunches anyway," she captioned a recent post.
Scherzinger is a big fan of the buddy system when it comes to motivating for workouts. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it's hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, – we try to do different things," she told Women's Health UK. "We'll go hiking one day and then we'll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we'll do a cardio. We just motivate each other."
In addition to her grueling workouts, Scherzinger makes it a point to stay active outdoors. Over the last few months she has shared photos surfing and hiking in her home state of Hawaii, hiking with her boyfriend and jogging on the beach.
Scherzinger realizes that exercise is about so much more than looking good. "I travel so much it's so important for me to sweat it out. It's not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centered, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead. Preparation is key. Prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes, you are ready!" she wrote on Instagram.
