SI Swimsuit model Camille Kostek says being ‘separated’ from Rob Gronkowski keeps things ‘hot and

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and the NFL star have been dating since 2015. And despite their high-profile careers, the star said they've found a way to maintain that romantic spark.

"I think Rob and I are a little bit different in the sense that we have such demanding careers that forces us to be separated," the 29-year-old said on this week's episode of the "Betches U Up?" podcast.

"We're able to keep it hot and heavy just because we're separated," the former Patriots cheerleader shared. "When you want your alone time, take it. Have it. It's super attractive. That 'do me' mentality is so attractive for both sides and it just makes that time together a little bit better. I feel like I am my best side and my truest self when I'm alone."

SI SWIMSUIT MODEL CAMILLE KOSTEK RETURNS FOR UPCOMING ISSUE: IT'S 'ONE OF THE MOST HONORABLE THINGS THAT I DO'

While Gronkowski carved out a successful career on the football field, Kostek has made a splash as a sought-out model. She originally won the SI Swimsuit Model Search and was named SI Swimsuit Rookie in 2018. She then appeared on the cover in 2019.

"The beginning of my love story is not the classic we slid in the DMS or dating apps," Kostek explained to the outlet. "[I'm] very happy that we actually met doing community service together. I had just gotten out of a relationship of four years… I was a past cheerleader and I told my coach, 'Listen… I wanna sign up for every and all acts of community service. That's the only thing that's gonna make me feel better right now.'"

"I signed up – it was the night before Thanksgiving and we were putting together some turkey baskets for the less fortunate," Kostek continued. "I was one of the cheerleaders that had signed up and Rob was one of the football players that signed up. I was making eye contact with him a bunch of times and I didn't think anything of it… It's now been eight years since we first started hanging out."

Kostek noted that as a cheerleader, she wasn't allowed to approach Gronkowski. However, that didn't stop Gronkowski from shooting his shot in a creative way.

"[Football player] Jermaine Wiggins gave [his number] to me," Kostek recalled. "So Rob didn't even approach me. I didn't approach him because you're not allowed to do that. I was a rookie following the rules. Rob said, 'Go ask for a poster and have [Camille] write her number on it for me.' [Rob] was like, 'Listen, this is for a friend of mine. Can you sign it?' I'm like, 'Yeah, that's what my job is.' He said, 'OK, can you put your number on the back? It's for Gronk. It's for Rob.'"

CT Rep Pat Callahan Says Candlewood Noise Difficult to Regulate

Noise and noise complaints are issues every year on Candlewood Lake. To some, it may be a simple discussion, but it's a more complicated issue than you may realize.

What is or is not too loud is subjective. What I think is noise pollution and what you believe is are going to be very different answers.

Second, there are a ton of agencies with some interest in Lake matters. There are four towns and one city that have shores on Candlewood Lake and the Lake spans two counties in CT.

The Lake and its islands are owned by the corporation First Light , you have the Candlewood Lake Authority  and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP).

With so much to consider, we asked for help from someone who knows about all of it. Pat Callahan was a long time member of the Candlewood Lake Authority and is now a CT State Rep for New Fairfield.

We asked Pat to come on the Ethan and Lou Morning Show (I-95) to help us unpack these issues and find out if noise on the Lake is a problem we can solve.

Pat explained that if you make a complaint about noise on the Lake, there is no one that can really enforce it. But, the biggest issue is perception, yours and mine. This is what he had to say about the heated debate:

"As you guys know, I used to work for the judicial system and as the State's Attorneys office, how do you, how do you enforce a noise ordinance because it's someone's perception?

So, it's difficult, granted Candlewood Lake this weekend, it's not supposed to be that nice so we get a pass. But, 4th of July, the hot weeks, just like Squantz gets overloaded and crowded, Candlewood gets it as well.

Paige VanZant vs. Rachael Ostovich Set For July 23 BKFC Event

Paige VanZant and RachaelOstovich are set to meet again, this time in the world of bare-knuckle boxing.

First reported by MMA Junkie , VanZant and Ostovich have agreed to compete on the July 23 Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) card. This will be Ostovich's bare-knuckle boxing debut. VanZant had an unsuccessful outing in her own debut, falling to Britain Hart in February. She will now look to defeat Ostovich in boxing like she did in MMA back in 2019.

Paige VanZant exited the UFC last year after turning in a winning promotional record of 5-4. VanZant is also known for being a former Dancing With The Stars participant as well as an author, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, among other things. For some, the most surprising crossover for VanZant was paradoxically within the combat sports world when she decided to enter the grisly world of bare-knuckle boxing. She stumbled in her February debut but could enter the ring much more confidently against a familiar opponent she already outfought in her previous home.

Rachael Ostovich had a 1-3 record in the UFC and a 4-6 MMA record overall. Perhaps zeroing in on one specific discipline will be more beneficial for her, and what better way to put this theory to the test than by facing a previous MMA opponent in the new sport? Ostovich signed with BKFC in April, and from the moment she joined the organization, this bout was in the works. Now, there is a date attached to the quasi-rematch between old foes.

Celebrity Parents Share Their Children's 1st Words

Baby babble! Prince Harry , Fergie and more celebrity parents have revealed their kids' epic first words over the years.

The Duke of Sussex welcomed his son, Archie , with Meghan Markle in May 2019, and his first word was "three syllables," Harry told James Corden nearly two years later.

Not only did the little one say "crocodile" to start, but he also said "waffles" every morning. The former military pilot explained in February 2021: "My grandmother [ Queen Elizabeth II ] asked us what Archie wanted for Christmas and Meg said a waffle maker. She sent us a waffle maker for Archie, so for breakfast now, Meg makes a beautiful organic mix, [puts it] in the waffle maker and out it comes. He loves it."

Three months later, the royal family member revealed more of his toddler's first words in his AppleTV+ docuseries, The Me You Can't See .

"I've got a photo up [of my late mom, Princess Diana ], in his nursery, and one of the first words that he said apart from 'Mama' [and] 'Papa' was then 'Grandma. Grandma Diana ,'" Harry said in April 2021. "It's the sweetest thing. At the same time, it makes me really sad because she should be here. … I wish she was around for Archie."

As for Fergie, her son Axl's first word was a single syllable. The former Black Eyed Peas member told E! News in April 2014 that her and Josh Duhamel 's son was "talking now" — or at least "formulating what he thinks are words."

The "Big Girls Don't Cry" singer explained, "We're kind of trying to figure it out. There's, like, 'Ba.' We think it's ball. He says it when the ball is around, so we're thinking his first word [is] ball maybe. He also says, 'Mama.'"

Three years later, Fergie and Duhamel called it quits . The former couple coparent their little one, saying on The Talk in October 2017 that they were "making it work."

'Pose' actress Leyna Bloom breaking barriers with 'Port Authority'

Bloom — who appeared on the current, third season of the FX series "Pose" — stars in the heartfelt independent drama, which had its world premiere at France's prestigious Cannes Film Festival back in 2019.

Featuring Bloom as a performer in New York City's underground ballroom scene, "Port Authority" finally arrives in theaters on Friday, and will be available via video-on-demand outlets on Tuesday, June 1.

"I'm just happy that everything's happening right now. There's so much going on in the world and this movie is part of that coming out of this pandemic," said Bloom.

It turns out that "Port Authority," a film that hinges on the importance of human connection, is arriving when it is most necessary.

"We need love in this world," Bloom said. "And this movie's coming out right on time, when we desperately need this."

In "Port Authority," she delivers a captivating performance as Wye, an aspiring dancer who forges a deep connection with Fionn Whitehead's Paul, a Pennsylvania teen struggling to find his footing in New York City.

For too long, characters like Wye and relationships like the one between her and Paul went un-depicted in romantic dramas. That lack of representation is changing.

"I think Wye's character, and any person that is being kind of not perceived in society, is finally getting a chance to be seen in the light," she said. "So I think it's so important for entertainment and media and fashion to really have this moment and really understand, 'Why has it taken so long to have this moment?' and to continue embarking on this in every single part of humanity in their future."

"Port Authority" was written and directed by Danielle Lessovitz, a filmmaking instructor at Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts in New Brunswick.
