While she was pursuing her modeling career, Ireland also launched her own business but it was "failing" for a long time which kept her in her job.
Being a busy person today, having a family to care and a business to manage, she felt that God is telling her to put Him first every day.
"And on days that I don't do that, it's not a good idea. Because if I open my mouth to say something, I'll be apologizing before 8 a.m," she further stated.

Ireland said that she applies the gospel in her company, making it the basis of all her decisions. However, she pointed out that she does not force the Christian faith to her employees.
Her business continues to prosper and is optimistic about its future, encouraging others who dream to "keep at it [and] be persistent."

The model welcomed her first child, son Isaac, in January last year, and she told British Vogue that during the home birth, she didn't bother to take off her necklaces and earrings.
"When I went into labour I still had my chains on and my earrings. For one second, before I started pushing, I thought, 'do I need to take my necklaces off?' I never did, and when Isaac was born they threw him on my chest. I remember thinking 'oh my necklaces are in the way,' but he didn't care," Ashley explained.
"You do think about how (jewellery) needs to be practical, but in so many ways jewellery is a part of you. You make it practical for the moment that you're in. He doesn't tug on my jewellery, because he met it when he met me," the 33-year-old sweetly added.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model confessed she's addicted to ear piercings, and she loves accessorising her outfits – and mood – with jewellery.
"I always like to layer and I like to add a lot. I've got 17 or 18 holes in my ears. I know it's like almost too much but I'll just load up to a place where it's like doesn't even make sense but to me, it looks so cool. Every day is different, as it's a mood thing. 'Who do you want to play today?'" she quipped.
Ashley is the new face of Pandora's new carbon-neutral, lab-crafted diamond collection, and she's fully supportive of the luxury brand switching from mined jewels.
"Pandora has a big mission behind making diamonds more accessible... Diamonds should be affordable for everyone. I'm so glad that Pandora is doing this. I feel honoured to be a part of the campaign. For me, diamonds are like the way fashion should be: for everyone," she stated.
