Kylie Jenner Shows Off Her Toned Abs in New Gym Video

Between her cosmetics line, starring role on Keeping Up with the Kardashians , and parenting daughter Stormi, Kylie Jenner 's free moments are undeniably few and far between. However, that hasn't kept the Kylie Cosmetics founder from making plenty of time for her health —including regular trips to the gym.

In a new workout video, Kylie bares her abs, revealing the results of her hard work. Read on to see Kylie's incredible progress and find out how she's making her health and fitness a priority. And for more celebrity food and exercise tips, This Is Bella Hadid's Exact Diet and Workout Plan .

Kylie has admitted in the past that she typically prefers exercising outdoors or at home, telling Harper's Bazaar in 2020, "I never find myself in a gym."

However, more recently—including in her latest ab-bearing photo—Kylie has been hitting the gym hard, revealing her favorite ab exercises to fans. So, what does the star do to keep her abs toned? In a March 29 Instagram video, Kylie revealed her core-toning routine of crunches, planks, side, planks, and toe touches.

It's not just core work that's helped Kylie get fitter and healthier, however. The star revealed on Instagram that she gets her heart rate up by running, doing high-incline treadmill workouts and uphill runs before starting her weight-bearing work, as well as the occasional 3.5-mile run outdoors.

You won't catch Kylie forgoing breakfast to get her fit figure. On April 21, Kylie revealed the mix of healthy protein and carbs she eats in the A.M. for energy: oatmeal topped with sliced bananas, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, a scoop of peanut butter, and a sprinkling of edible flowers.

While Kylie may be dedicated to her health and fitness goals, she's not depriving herself, either. In early March, the reality star made a pit stop at McDonald's after a long day on set, allowing herself to indulge in her favorite snacks from the fast-food chain , including French fries, Chicken McNuggets, cinnamon buns, and soda.

"I haven't been to McDonald's in a really long time. The last time I went to McDonald's was, like, two weeks before I had my daughter," she told her followers. "This is really big for me because I love McDonald's ."

How to Get Toned Arms in Time for Summer, According to a Trainer

As the weather warms, tank-top season is quickly approaching, which is the peak time of year for showing off athletic biceps, triceps, and shoulders.

If you want to build more impressive arms in a few months, don't waste your time with endless curls or try to move huge weights, Bryan Goldberg, a personal trainer, said.

Instead, he recommended focusing on targeted exercises as part of an overall strength-training program. Combined with good nutrition, these moves can help you get the coveted V-shape of an athletic upper body, he said.

Having good muscle definition is a combination of growing bigger muscles and maintaining a lean physique, according to Goldberg.

"The toned look is lean muscle, which comes from lifting weights, building the muscle, and then dropping body fat to a place where you're able to see it. That's the secret sauce," he said.

Strength training is crucial for changing your body composition, or the ratio of lean muscle to body fat. You can build bigger muscles if you put in a lot of hard work and eat in a calorie surplus — but not overnight.

"There's a stigma about muscles and muscle growth, and people are sometimes scared of getting bulky," Goldberg said. "I hear this even from guys, 'I don't want to look like a body builder.' Don't worry. It's not going to happen."

"When it comes to developing your arms, bigger compound movements also involve smaller muscles. You don't need to tack on a whole lot more," Goldberg said.

To maximize arm gains, fill your workout routine with movements that target each part of the arms, including:

Drake Shows Off His Abs & Toned Arms In Shirtless Gym Video | iHeartRadio

On Tuesday (April 20), the Canadian rapper, who's been rehabbing his injured knee for the past few months, showed off his fitness progress by posting a shirtless video of himself and his crew putting in work at his home gym.

In the video, which was shared on Drake's Instagram Story, the "What's Next" rapper is shown flexing his abs and arm muscles as his friend hypes him up, saying "Yo, yo, slow down, dog!" The camera then turns to Drake's friends, who were in the middle of their workout.

Drake isn't the only one in his family hittin' up the gym. Earlier this month, the proud dad shared a cute moment with his three-year-old son on social media , posting an Instagram Story video of Adonis practicing his jump shot with his very own indoor basketball hoop. After sinking his first shot, the three-year-old went on to get two additional buckets, making a smooth three shots in total.

If the toddler's jump shot, and overall ball-handling skills, weren't impressive enough, it should also be noted that Adonis made the shots while his dad's hit "What's Next" played in the background.

Simone Biles Showed Off Her Toned Abs In A New Bikini Pic With Boyfriend Jonathan Owens

"He's an athlete too, so we really understand each other and I think that's why our relationship has been seamless," she told the publication. "And he also has a bulldog, so I feel like, besides him being a cherry on top, that was really amazing. And our dogs get along well."

But back to those abs . As previously mentioned, Simone has cranked her gymnastics training into high gear to prep for this year's Olympic Games. She also shared an Instagram last week of herself posing with her Team USA teammates.

It's not all work, though. Simone's also been having some fun with fitness by doing social media "challenges," like the Headstand Challenge.

Like resistance bands and exercise balls, ankle weights are a must-have addition to any home gym. "Ankle weights are making a comeback, thanks to some fitness influencers using them in their videos," says fitness instructor Janet Lee, author of the forthcoming book 20 Minutes, 4 Weeks, 1 Dynamite Body!: Tone & Trim in No Time!. Indeed, with more people working out at home during the pandemic, ankle weights have gotten a major popularity boost.

Ireland Baldwin definitely marches to the beat of her own drum. Alec Baldwin's 25-year-old daughter is not afraid to show some skin, post some sexy pictures, and speak her mind. Although the father and daughter have had a bit of a rocky relationship, it seems that they have started to put the past behind them. […]

According to legend, Rome was founded on this date 2,774 years ago by twins Romulus and Remus, who washed up on the shore of the Tiber River and were fed by a she-wolf who found them there.

"We think a pandemic was one of the main factors behind the fall of the Roman Empire. These pandemics have been part of human history since the start of time," he said.

In most years, the celebrations include parades and battle re-enactments with actors in historical centurion costumes, drawing big crowds. With pandemic restrictions preventing that kind of activity, the Ministry of Culture and Rome's municipal authorities are making the best of a bad situation.

On social media, the ministry has published a new time-lapse video based on the Pantheon, one of the city's best-known sites. On Wednesday night, a special light show highlighting many of the city's iconic monuments will be broadcast online. Earlier on Wednesday, a webcast showed a parachutist tailing an oversized Italian flag land in Circus Maximus, an ancient chariot-racing stadium and mass entertainment venue where the anniversary celebrations were based in pre-coronavirus years. To mark the occasion, Rome Mayor Virginia Raggi placed a laurel wreath at the city's Vittoriano monument, which was built in honor of Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of a unified Italy.

For Maria Luisa Garza, a restaurant worker, the limited scope of the day's celebrations was another reminder of the deep impacts of the pandemic.

"I used to take my children to see the parade and now we have to watch a video on the computer," Garza told Xinhua. "Compared to everything else, it's a small thing. But it's also a reminder of how far we still are from things returning to normal."

"The overall situation is not enjoyable for anyone," she told Xinhua. "But for me, the anniversary hasn't changed much under the pandemic except that now it's easier to find a parking space." Enditem
