Langdan Willoughby, a former member of Kappa Kappa Gamma's Delta Chapter, claimed that during a pledge event last year, she and the other young women were ordered by lingerie-clad sorority sisters wielding wooden paddles to choose between performing oral sex on men, or snorting cocaine, before being told it was all a joke.
