Our first nominee is from our Game of the Night. Devarius Montgomery brings down one of his 10 rebounds, he'll kick it to an open Keyln McBride for 3. Jonesboro beat GCT 50-35 on Friday. The Golden Hurricane start 2-0 in 5A East play.
Nominee number 2 is Rector. Kameron Jones brings down the board, but he's not done. Kameron will go coast to coast for the hoop and harm. Jones had 29 pts Friday, the Cougars beat Ridgefield Christian 65-63 in overtime.

Montez Edwards and MacArthur played El Reno in Saturday night's boys championship game of the MidFirst Warrior Classic in Anadarko.
ANADARKO — Brandon Cowan had 22 points, as did tournament MVP Arzhonte Dallas as the MacArthur boys beat El Reno 91-72 to win the MidFirst Warrior Classic on Saturday night.
It was the second consecutive year the Highlanders beat the Indians to win the boys title at the Anadarko tournament.
Meanwhile, the MacArthur girls weren't as lucky, falling to the hot-shooting hosts from Anadarko in the girls championship game. Layni Zinn was tournament MVP with 28 points in the title game.

WATCH: Majestic Park takes shape
The Majestic Park five-field baseball complex project is underway -- ahead of its construction schedule and already scheduling multiday tournaments for 2022.
The complex, located at the former site of the Boys & Girls Club of Hot Springs, is funded by the proceeds from an $8.5 million bond issue city voters approved on Sept. 10, 2019. The groundbreaking for the project was Aug. 14, 2020. Its contracted completion date is Sept. 1, but General Manager Derek Phillips says the project is "slightly" ahead of schedule.

The first weekend of the truncated Lancaster-Lebanon League girls basketball season is tucked neatly away in the record books, as a dozen games were completed both safely and soundly, in front of sparse crowds featuring face-masked competitors.
The first full week of games are now on tap, with multiple head-to-head section matchups and some intriguing nonleague games on the slate.
