The game makers enlisted Meg to help get the word out and introduce the addition of fan-favorite character Mileena, or should we say Hot Girl Mileena, who returns to the game alongside Rain and new guest character, Rambo.
Boys finish third at state, girls fifth

Fashion-forward: Affirmative action hits Brazil's runways - Las Vegas Sun Newspaper
SAO PAULO (AP) — Bold styles are usually the talk of the town for Sao Paulo Fashion Week. This year, couture connoisseurs in Brazil's most cosmopolitan city have focused on the models — more specifically, the color of their skin.
For the first time, designers in Latin America's largest fashion show, which wraps on Sunday, have been obliged to ensure 50% of their models are either Black, Afro-descendant or Indigenous.
"Everyone understands there needs to be a bigger effort. We need to leave the space of white privilege to be able to make this change in the world," he said. "The Eurocentric aesthetic of beauty cannot apply to the country of Brazil."

El Dorado cross country runner earns All-State honors

"He had three major goals going into this year: break 17 minutes, earn All Conference for the second year in a row, and earn All-State honors for the first time. He accomplished all those goals, putting an exclamation mark on his high school career.
"Milesplit put out an article a couple of weeks ago detailing just how strong cross country is this year at the 5A level in our state. It is without a doubt the best that it has ever been. So, to earn All-State honors this year is truly something that he should be very proud of. I have done some research and it looks like he is the first male in school history to earn All-State. He has been great for our team since the 9th grade and I am so happy to see him go out with a bang."

Netflix's 'Holidate' is a silly, sexy good time
Late October is certainly premature for Christmas festivities (unless you are a department store), but Netflix's first holiday movie of 2020, Holidate , is evergreen.
Written by Tiffany Paulsen and directed by John Whitesell, Holidate stars Emma Roberts and off-brand Chris Hemsworth Luke Bracey as Sloane and Jackson, two perpetual singles who agree to be each other's "holidates": platonic plus ones for regular occasions that one would rather not spend alone or answering awkward questions from family and friends . They vow not to let things get romantic or sexual. What could possibly go wrong?
