Staring down the barrel of defeat, President Trump did something Thursday night that does not come easily: He made a course correction. After spending most of the first debate with Joe Biden hectoring, interrupting and making the exchange almost unwatchable, he began the second and final debate showing more restraint. He didn't keep it up the whole time, and he still wielded plenty of bluster — but his calmer approach at least let voters listen.

Florida-Georgia atmosphere will be toned down this year
As expected and like pretty much every other sporting event in the country this year, the Florida-Georgia football game, formally known as ‘The World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party’ will have a lot of the party taken out of it in a couple of weeks. When the two teams meet in a couple of weeks, the atmosphere will be a lot different.
In a message sent by the City of Jacksonville, they made it clear that social distancing will be a big part of the atmosphere with no tailgating allowed and the stadium will have very limited capacity as well. Masks must all be worn.

Donald Trump’s more sedate debate performance on Thursday night was a departure in tone from his chaotic performance weeks ago, but the President continued to cast his warped view of the world as truth.
Trump came into the debate needing to clean up from his first performance and he clearly listened to his advisers who urged him to turn down the heat and stop his incessant interruptions. But the President relied heavily on the same rhetoric that fills his raucous rallies and Twitter feed, just set at a lower volume.
