This year has been unlike any other due to the pandemic, social unrest, and natural disasters. But the music never stopped; if anything, the streaming business is booming. Here are some strong-ass albums released this year that deserved to be danced to in a club, the beach, or at a BBQ this summer.
If you're into 80s pop vibes, this album is definitely for you. British pop star Dua Lipa released her second studio album a week early due to a leak back in March. It has achieved great success since her lead single, "Don't Start Now," hit №1 on Billboard pop charts in February. Much of this might have also been due to its popularization on TikTok . "Hallucinate" and "Break my Heart" are my personal favorite tracks.

Hot bats carry Durango past Alamosa
They say hitting is contagious. That was certainly the case for the Durango High School softball team on Friday afternoon.
The Demons hosted Alamosa High School for a varsity softball doubleheader on Friday. Originally scheduled for Thursday, the games were pushed back because of heavy rain in Durango on Wednesday as well as snow on Wolf Creek Pass.
Alamosa (2-7) made the trip Friday, and Durango (5-6) made the most of the chance to play two games with wins of 16-1 in three innings in the opener and an 18-7 win in a full seven innings in Game 2.

Yes, this sun-kissed portrait boasts ample skin and explicit sex, but unlike such tacky streaming hits as “365 Days” and “Milf,” which proved that people will endure subtitles when the reward is steamy enough, this is quite an intelligent and insightful film. With any luck, unsuspecting audiences might come away with their prejudices slyly challenged, starting with their notions of what constitutes a suitable leading lady.

Hot Takes from Crazy People: Germaphobe Little Girls ⋆ Football Absurdity
Welcome to Hot Takes from Crazy People, where I trawl the comments section of NFL articles to find you the most entertainingly out-to-lunch posts.
“The void” is currently “gazing into me” because I started the afternoon looking through comments about the NFL articles on Fox News. It is interesting to me that there is a cult bandwagon of FoxNews.com posters who think a huge contingent of NFL fans is no longer watching out of protest. This happens despite them posting about this at FoxNews.com. FoxNews.com has posted twenty-six articles previewing the upcoming season in the past 24 hours.
