The downsized games hardware will release this year in Japan and come preloaded with 36 Sega arcade titles, including Golden Axe, Virtua Fighter and Fantasy Zone.
The micro-console can also be played on television via HDMI and is powered via a micro USB connection. There are two additional USB slots for additional control pads and arcade sticks, which will reportedly be sold separately.
Even though the included software will be based on arcade games, each will offer save states similar to other micro-consoles.

A report from TI claims that Microsoft may be considering acquiring Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WB Games), the division of Warner Bros. responsible for publishing various big name video game titles for Microsoft's own Xbox consoles, Sony's PlayStations, and other platforms.
No details, such as price, are mentioned but if this report is accurate, such a deal could shake up the games industry in a rather big way. Especially if Microsoft were to make certain franchises currently released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment exclusive to their Xbox consoles.
