Christie Valdiserri: Yes, I did have some modeling experience before submitting my IG video to SI. I am a dancer first, dance is my true passion, but of course in that field comes modeling opportunities and different gigs.
Eventually, I got to a place that it stopped falling and started regrowing, so that felt promising. Around this time, I had finally ended my relationship and booked my dream dance gig: a cruise ship for 8 months. About six weeks in, I was fired on the spot by a man who had way too much power. He told his team I “stood out” and he demanded that I was removed from the ship before Oprah got on.

The head of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue posted a heartfelt message for the United States women's national team in the wake of their 2019 Women's World Cup victory.
Alex Morgan, Megan Rapinoe, Crystal Dunn and Abby Dahlkemper each posed for the 2019 edition of the magazine.

Alex Morgan is now a couple of weeks removed from an epic performance at the 2019 Women's World Cup, where the United States women's national team won it all.
This was Morgan's second World Cup championship, as the 30-year-old forward was also a member of the 2015 team that won it all.

Plus-size model Hunter McGrady is unveiling her “God-given” body once again for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.
The magazine recently revealed the 25-year-old Los Angeles native will be appearing in the 2019 issue in a skimpy swimsuit for the first time.
McGrady previously appeared in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit during the publication’s 2017 Model Search where she posed in body paint. It took a team of several different women painting for over 12 hours to create the seemingly there suit before she frolicked on the beaches of Anguilla. However, Brazilian model Anne de Paula went on to win the fan vote.
