Ask Amy: Hot Girl Summer might end in a fall - The Washington Post

Dear Amy: My boyfriend and I (both 23) have been dating for the past nine months. He does not want to get married and have kids later on — while I do. We both knew our stances on marriage and kids from the start, but because I was in the middle of my Hot Girl Summer when we met, I was totally fine with just casually dating.

Honestly, if not for that benefit I wouldn't care about getting married. A man who is committed to me and our happiness is all I would want.

RONDA RICH: In my family, girls don't pay | Features | albanyherald.com

I turned back to Mama. "No." I replied firmly. "And if one ever expected me to pay, that would be the last date."

Mama nodded. "That's what I thought. Girls shouldn't date boys that make them pay. You know what I say – always play hard to get."

One night, not too long ago, Tink and I were at a middle school basketball game. I was sitting next to my niece, who spotted activity at the front door. One of her sons was at the ticket stand with a girl.

City Girls' "City On Lock" Title Track With Lil Durk Is An Album Standout

There are a few songs that serve as album stand-outs on the new City Girls album City On Lock . The girl group goes to work with Lil Baby on " Flewed Out ," and by themselves on "Double CC's" but one of the best tracks from the new collection is the title offering.

"City On Lock" briefly tells Yung Miami and JT's personal stories coming up before Lil Durk takes over and brings more "Voice of the Street" vibes. JT reps for Liberty City before making reference to her scamming past. Yung Miami takes over and puts on for Opa-Locka, allowing room for Lil Durk to slide through and dominate the entire second half of the record.

Stoke-on-Trent paedophile called girl, 14, a 'little stunner' and 'sexy' as he groomed her on

Convicted paedophile Robert Oliver groomed a 14-year-old girl on Snapchat and then threatened her after her family discovered his sordid past.

When the girl mentioned his name to her family, they began to do some digging and were horrified at what they uncovered. They found an article about his conviction in 2017 for sexual activity with a child, meeting a child after sexual grooming and making indecent images of children.

Neil Ahuja, prosecuting, said the order forbade him from having any contact with someone under 16. But Oliver sent a friendship request on Snapchat to the 14-year-old, using the name 'its_bert18', and started four months of contact with her online.

Rundown Christchurch villa is hot property | Stuff.co.nz

Even the owner of a dilapidated Christchurch house near the city was "surprised" that so many people wanted to buy it.

The three-bedroom, one-bathroom property in St Albans had one offer before the sun set on its first day of listing and a further five offers by the end of the third day.

"The Christchurch property market is very hot at the moment. We just don't have enough stock," said Ray White Full Circle salesperson Deepak Gangar.
