The EastEnders star, 47, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a shirtless snap of himself posing in his home as he flexed his muscles.
Jake revealed that he's been using exercise to 'get him through' the COVID-19 lockdown and to keep him positive.
Sharing the toned snap and a video of himself running through an idyllic woodland, he penned: 'Happy Tuesday everyone. I think it's safe to say that exercise is getting me through this ☀️
