Erika Gray Shows Off Sideboob In Snakeskin-Print Swimsuit

Erika Gray shared a new Instagram video today. The stunner showed off her sideboob in a revealing, snakeskin-print swimsuit.

The one-piece was a bright, light blue tone. It had thin nude straps. While the neckline was high and covered her cleavage, it had a low cut on the sides that left her chest showing. Erika paired her swimsuit with tight denim shorts. These hugged her booty and featured sparkling accents on the front. The bottoms also had a partially glittering silver waistline. Thanks to the high cut of the bottoms of her swimsuit, her sides were left exposed above the waist.

How I'll spend $200 on the Super Bowl | ESPN Rochester 95.7 FM

Ah, the Super Bowl. No one enjoys this early February rite of passage more than this guy. I've watched the last five!

This one coming up is historic, and not only because the New England Patriots aren't playing. This Super Bowl is the first one you can legally bet on in Western New York.

* * *

No one knows anything, which makes winning a little tougher. The good news there are only two possible right answers for most of these bets. And there are so many ways to be right! Thousands of analysts are out there telling you how, for example, the Kansas City Chiefs will win because of how excellent Patrick Mahomes is. Mahomes is excellent, but if the Chiefs win 13-10 and Mahomes throws three interceptions, those Chiefs tickets will pay out just the same.

I Think About This a Lot: Keanu in 'Something's Gotta Give'

I Think About This a Lot is a series dedicated to private memes: images, videos, and other random trivia we are doomed to play forever on loop in our minds.

When it comes to women I wish I could be, Diane Keaton comes in at the very top of the heap. She's sophisticated and intellectual, yet winningly clumsy and awkward: the ultimate creative-neurotic. She's an icon who wears berets and black bowler hats without it being cheesy — as if the problematic accessories were invented solely to adorn her flawless head. The 74-year old recently noted on Instagram that she has not worn color in over four years. She's everything I want to be when I grow up.

Baftas red carpet review: classic and cool in, fake tan out | Times2 | The Times

A t the Baftas on Sunday night there was restrained glamour and classic elegance — and yes, in red carpet terms, fluffy pink marabou trim does count as low-key.

Forget sideboob, underboob and inner thigh, the evening marked a return to the more pedestrian erogenous zones, displayed in dresses that didn't require the usual highly engineered underwear to make them acceptable before the watershed. That may sound boring, but for the seasoned red carpet observer it was a relief to contain the winching and hoisting — not to mention the potential for nasty accidents — to the rather hackneyed Cirque du Soleil entr'acte.

Sommer Ray Poses With A Yellow Jeep In High-Cut One-Piece On Instagram

Sommer Ray turned up the heat on Monday with a new post on Instagram. In a series of photos on her feed, the bombshell babe rocked a high-cut one-piece that left very little to the imagination as she posed alongside a yellow Jeep.

The photos showed Sommer standing in front of the car, which was surrounded by tall, green trees. The sun appeared to be setting, as just a hint of the fading blue sky could be seen in the background. Night may have been falling, but that didn’t stop Sommer from soaking up every bit of the remaining light in a red and black, graphic one-piece. The swimsuit hugged the fitness guru in all the right places.

Could a Sports Bra Actually Shave Minutes Off Your Pace? We Hit the Treadmill to Find Out

Aside from sneakers, the most crucial piece of running gear is the sports bra, at least for us women. An unfortunate lack of support or too-flimsy straps can leave you feeling really uncomfortable—but it can also add minutes to your time. No, really. A survey of 1,300 women running the 2012 London Marathon from the British Medical Journal found that uncontrolled breast movement results in a 4cm reduction in stride with every step.

So, the running sneaker and apparel brand Brooks took those concerns to the lab, where they developed a range of jog-friendly bras that would solve the problem of the missing extra mile. This resulted in over nine years of research, during which the brand tested prototypes on over 1,000 female runners of various body shapes.

Water, water everywhere and not a drop to think | Lynn Bartels | Premium | gazette.com

I grew up two miles from the Missouri River and spent my summers camping alongside and swimming in it.

For 35 years, I worked as a reporter in New Mexico and Colorado, two Western states where water, or rather the lack of it, is an all-consuming issue. "Whiskey's for drinkin' and water's for fightin'" was an adage I'd often heard.
