RICHLAND, Wash. — The 3rd Annual Philocaly Lingerie Runway Show returns this weekend, celebrating beauty no matter what size, shape or age.
Faith Hovde, a local photographer and owner of the Philocaly Lingerie Boutique, created the women-only fashion show as a way to help others find their own body confidence and embrace the skin they’re in.

This year’s theme is “Unbroken” so Faith is partnering with the Tri-City Union Gospel Mission to donate a portion of the proceeds to women, men and children in their most broken times.
