UFOs reported by Navy pilots, who tell New York Times they spotted unidentified

Some U.S. Navy pilots reported seeing unidentified flying objects while training over the East Coast in 2014 and 2015 in interviews with  The New York Times . According to The Times, multiple Navy pilots spotted "strange objects" with "no visible engine" reaching 30,000 feet and going hypersonic speeds.

The Times report includes a minute-long video of two encounters Navy pilots allegedly had with unexplained aerial phenomena. In the videos, which include visual radar and voice recordings, pilots cannot distinguish what is seen on their radar screens. At one point one of the pilots says in amazement, "Look at that thing. It's rotating."

Ireland UFO: Pilots report bright, fast-moving object in sky - The Washington Post

The flummoxed person on the radio was simply an airline pilot who could not explain what she saw in the sky over Ireland.

The British Airways pilot was operating Flight BA94 from Montreal on Friday when she contacted the nearest air traffic control tower to inquire whether there were any military exercises over the Atlantic Ocean to which she hadn't been alerted, according to the Irish Examiner .

When controllers told her that the skies were clear, she politely set them straight. She said she and her crew saw bright lights streaking through the air at phenomenal speeds — twice the speed of sound.

Please, God, Let It Be Aliens and Not Trump's Space Force | Vanity Fair

The subordinate says he missed the news. "It was covered up by the higher echelon," Edwards explains. "Flying saucers, Captain, are still a rumor. Officially."

If the objects are real, as opposed to optical illusions or radar glitches, they move in a mystifying manner and suggest a technological breakthrough of history-altering importance. Odds are low that they're products of the U.S. military, because some of these vessels have come close to colliding with manned U.S. aircraft, and such recklessness would be unlikely among aerospace experts in a secret program.

A South Carolina woman says she filmed a possible UFO off South Carolina’s Kiawah Island on Christmas Eve, and other witnesses are stepping forward on social media to report they saw the same “beautiful red sphere.”
