The 30-second video shows Guy filming an empty ocean and sky on a boat with the lights out of frame saying, “Look, nothing in the sky at all, then all of a sudden...” Guy then turns the camera to the glowing orbs that don’t appear to be moving at all.
“Anybody tell me what that is?” Guy continues in the video, as onlookers can be heard in the background giving off sounds of shock and amazement at the spectacle.

Close encounters of the northern Ontario kind
NIPIGON — Steve Gregor thought his late wife, Kathy, had deleted them all. But when he was cleaning out his Nipigon home earlier this month, he found print-outs: three photos, taken seven years ago, showing orange dots and blurry streaks of light in the night sky.
McCullay added the information to his spreadsheet: 10 pages detailing ghost, sasquatch, and alien sightings in the Thunder Bay area. “I’m the guy in the district people keep coming to because they see the stuff I put out,” says McCullay, who’s produced documentaries about sasquatches and UFOs in Ontario’s north.
People who believe that they’ve encountered UFOs are often hesitant to go public, he says, because others tend to respond with disbelief: “It’s very hard to find someone who’s actually going to go on camera and speak about this stuff, because of what the public might say.”

UFO Group Sharing Exotic Materials With Army for Combat Vehicles
The Army is researching whether materials an outside group says were collected from UFOs can be used as cutting-edge technology in combat vehicles, according to interviews and a new research and development agreement.
The exploratory research is being conducted jointly by the new U.S. Army Futures Command and the To The Stars Academy, which has obtained what it says are exotic meta-materials that may have otherworldly origins and useful applications for the military.
The Army command was created last year to spearhead technological innovation and the vehicle research represents the first formal cooperation between the military and the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science , formed in 2017 by rock musician and UFO believer Tom DeLonge. The group is best known for releasing widely publicized and authenticated Navy fighter jet cockpit videos that appear to show unknown aircraft with baffling flight capabilities.
NASA spending on space is great for the industry, says UFO ETF chief
"People from all over the world are really realizing how important space is not just for any one individual, any one company or any one government! Cluster of lights sets off UFO debate www.miamiherald.com /news/ weird /article235818822.html A man visiting the Outer Banks, North Carolina recorded a cluster of lights in September 2019 that many people claim are UFOs . Others believe they are military flares .!! This is a truly global collaborative industry," Andrew Chanin, CEO of ProcureAM and the man behind the Procure Space ETF , ticker UFO, said Monday on CNBC's "ETF Edge."

"What we're seeing is ... this transformation away from it being completely reliant upon government agencies like NASA, like Roscosmos, like the [European Space Agency], and it being driven by commercial interests now," the CEO said.
"So, the governments out there are saying, 'Hey, we want to play ball. We want to work with you. Come up with your solutions and we're happy to finance that.' But so much of the spending now is coming from outside the government, so it's a really exciting time for the industry," Chanin said.
