MYSTERY WIRE — Rock legend John Fogerty calls his music "swamp rock." Dating back to his Creedence Clearwater Revival days, his themes and lyrics are populated with spooky, swampy folklore, whether its chasing hoodoos, dark premonitions, voodoo spells and a zombie or two. Is he a student of the paranormal?
As a youngster, Fogerty had a strange recurring dream about the sensation of flying out of his home and over his town, accompanied by a mysterious friend. He wrote about it in his autobiography, "Fortunate Son," and openly wonders if the friend was an E.T.

The 20 best DJ mixes of the decade 2010-2019 - Lists - Mixmag
First things first: These sets, which range from one minute to six hours, are intended as a musical overview of the 2010s, a survey of key moments, movements and trends. We've learned this decade that DJ culture is far more various than we can know, but we tried to cast our net wide; in interest of fairness, I also left out anything I've already written about in the magazine . Here, then, are ten years in 30 hours—in chronological order, by earliest for group entries.

To my ears, no one merged club-adept beats and production with mainstream hook savvy during the 2010s like Disclosure did on their 2013 debut, 'Settle'. Yet there's almost nothing pop about their set for FACT Magazine , not until their indestructible re-rub of Jessie Ware's "Running" emerges seven minutes from the end, like a bonbon for dessert.

UFO Hunter Tom DeLonge's Agency Signs Contract With U.S. Army - NBC 7 San Diego
In 2015, DeLonge (who also masterminds the pop/rock group Angels & Airwaves) founded To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences (TTSA), an organization established to pursue research into UFOs and extraterrestrial existence. At first glance, it seemed like DeLonge was just diving headfirst into harebrained conspiracy theories and perhaps obliging his longtime UFO obsession a little too much.
However, as more and more headlines poured out over the last four years (and more insight was gained into what, exactly, TTSA aims to do) DeLonge and Co. have now legitimately silenced any doubters.

"We were actually at the caravan park having a bush dinner for not-for-profit organisations, so there was about 160 people, and one of the tourists looked up and said, 'look'," the McKinlay Shire Councillor said.
Inside the frantic response to mysterious ‘slow-moving blob’ flying over Washington |
The mysterious "slow-moving blob" detected in the skies over Washington prompted a frantic response from security officials on the ground as they raced against the clock to assess the potential threat.
Senior national security officials across the agencies immediately convened to coordinate and monitor the situation, ordering a lockdown at the White House and the Capitol Building to be placed on “restricted access” as a precaution.
A Capitol Police source told CNN the US Capitol went to “Aircon yellow” at 8:27 a.m., ET, when the object was first identified. AIRCON is the alert status triggered when an aircraft enters the restricted airspace in Washington without authorization.
