Thousands of Disney+ user accounts have been stolen by hackers and put up for sale on the dark web, according to multiple reports.
Just hours after the service was rolled out, hackers hijacked user accounts and were either offering them for free on hacking forums or selling them for prices between $3 to $11, according to investigations by news site ZDNet .

A spokesperson for Disney told CNBC the company "takes the privacy and security of our users' data very seriously and there is no indication of a security breach on Disney+."

On the surface, the charges the U.S. government has leveled against Burkov may seem fairly unremarkable: Prosecutors say he ran a credit card fraud forum called CardPlanet that sold more than 150,000 stolen cards.

The TFC organisers claim the contest is intended to build "a platform for cyber security enterprises and relevant research institutions to showcase technical achievements, communicate with industrial experts and establish in-depth project collaboration opportunities." Much has been said about Pokémon Sword and Shield's limited Pokedex compendium — fans are disappointed , and Game Freak says it has no plans to change the situation. But some players are taking matters into their own hands.
Since release, Pokémon hackers have been tinkering with Sword and Shield's game files to see what is hiding inside. Apparently, some cut Pokémon are technically contained within the game, even if they're not currently useable. It's possible that some of these Pokémon will be released in the future as event goodies.

Hacker Offers $100K in BTC as Bounty for Hacking Halliburton
Anonymous hacker Phineas Fisher will pay up to $100,000 in crypto to hackers for leaking some damaging information about global high-profile firms. The bounty , called the “Hacktivist Bug Hunting Program” was published on Nov. 15 and targets big companies including Israeli spyware vendor NSO Group and American oil company Halliburton, as Vice reported on Nov. 17.
In a purported manifesto published on Friday, Phineas Fisher said that he will pay hackers in cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin ( BTC ) or privacy-oriented coin Monero ( XMR ).
WhatsApp bug could have let hackers read your messages by just sending a video | The Independent
The Facebook-owned messaging app posted a security advisory about the bug, named CVE-2019-11931, which affects earlier versions of the app on both Android and iOS devices.
The advisory described the issue as a "stack-based buffer overflow" that was capable of triggering dangerous code through sending a "specifically crafted MP4 file to a WhatsApp user".

Israeli restaurant in SE Portland targeted by hackers - oregonlive.com
Jamal Hassan, Shalom Y'all managing partner, told KGW he thinks the restaurant was targeted because it serves Israeli fare.

Police are investigating the hacks and calls, which were placed to restaurants in Beaverton and Hillsboro, as possible bias crimes, the news station reports.
Shalom Y'all also received a threatening call Saturday evening. Police are looking into the possibility that call came from someone affiliated with another restaurant that was subject to the threatening calls, according to KGW.
