DOVER — Chase Lounge, a Dover adult entertainment bar, closed its doors permanently as of early November.
According to the owner of the Brenford Plaza shopping center, Vincenzo "Vinny" Maddalena, the bar owner decided not to renew his lease.
"I guess he had another similar bar somewhere else in Pennsylvania and he just didn't renew his lease on this one," said Mr. Maddalena. "I'm not quite sure why."

The self-described "bikini bar" on 4123 N. DuPont Highway was in business as Chase Lounge for about seven years, said Mr. Maddalena.
