"My wife and I noticed what we thought was a star. It then started moving up and down, side to side and at 90 degree angles," reads a September report marked as coming from Hastings, Minn. "I have never seen anything like this before."
"I was driving to work early in the morning and noticed double-layered lights surrounding a massive circular object in the sky around 494 and Minnetonka Blvd," reads another from Minnetonka in August.
"Just got home from buying a dirt bike for my kids and took it for a drive in the dark to the end of the driveway," described another from Mora in June, "I saw a fireball looking circle moving around slightly about a half mile away, about 60 ft up, it just suddenly disappeared."

NASA spending on space is great for the industry, says UFO ETF chief
"People from all over the world are really realizing how important space is not just for any one individual, any one company or any one government! 1:57 UFOs , aliens and the Pentagon: A Sneak Peek at " The Basement Office" YouTube!! "What we're seeing is ... this transformation away from it being completely reliant upon government agencies like NASA, like Roscosmos, like the [European Space Agency], and it being driven by commercial interests now," the CEO said.
"So, the governments out there are saying, 'Hey, we want to play ball. We want to work with you. Come up with your solutions and we're happy to finance that.' But so much of the spending now is coming from outside the government, so it's a really exciting time for the industry," Chanin said.

Viral video of unidentified lights off NC's Outer Banks has people questioning — aliens or
Video of a mysterious group of lights in the sky captured off North Carolina's Outer Banks by a man visiting the area has gone viral on Youtube, sparking the classic debate: Was it aliens, or the military?
The video entitled “real UFO sighting,” was originally posted to the Youtube account of Williams Guy on Sept. 28 and shows what appears to be 14 glowing lights hovering motionless above the water.

The 30-second video shows Guy filming an empty ocean and sky on a boat with the lights out of frame saying, “Look, nothing in the sky at all, then all of a sudden...” Guy then turns the camera to the glowing orbs that don’t appear to be moving at all.
“Anybody tell me what that is?” Guy continues in the video, as onlookers can be heard in the background giving off sounds of shock and amazement at the spectacle.
Navy confirms videos did capture UFO sightings, but it calls them by another name
Three videos posted online that have been described as being related to UFO sightings do indeed include footage of "unidentified aerial phenomena," a U.S. Navy spokesman confirmed.
But as for specifics, spokesman Joseph Gradisher said the Navy doesn't know exactly what the objects are.

The website The Black Vault last week first reported the Navy's "unidentified aerial phenomena" designation and said the three videos are commonly known as "FLIR1," "Gimbal" and "GoFast."
The video called FLIR1 shows an oblong-shaped object, which accelerates out of view from sensors. The group says that video is from 2004 and the "2004 Nimitz incident."
In the video called Gimbal , a crew member is heard saying "look at that thing" about an object that they said appeared to be going against the wind. One says they believed it was a drone.
