A connection to President Trump isn't the only thing threatening the bottom line of the New York real estate developments owned by Stephen Ross, the billionaire himself told Yahoo Finance.
"I mean, I think real estate today is probably in the eighth inning, you know?" Ross said in an interview with Yahoo Finance that was published August 25.
When asked if the country is in a housing bubble by Yahoo Finance's Andy Serwer, Ross replied, "You know, we're at a point now where I think there will be a slowdown because it has to happen."
Peloton's $8 Billion IPO Would Have To Double In Debut To Make Cofounder John Foley A Billionaire
Fitness technology company Peloton could double its valuation if its IPO goes well, but its cofounder and CEO John Foley won't be joining the billionaire ranks just yet unless the company manages to more than double its value again.
Peloton's cofounder and CEO Foley controls just over 6%, or a position worth roughly $400 million, including stock options. He will also receive an additional 3 million stock options, worth roughly $80 million, if the IPO values the company above $750 million. The former head of ecommerce at Barnes & Noble, Foley started the company in 2012 alongside Hisao Kushi, Tom Cortese, Graham Stanton and Yony Feng. Cortese, Peloton's chief operating officer, has since sold over $12 million in stock through tender offers in 2017 and 2018, according to the filing. Kushi, now chief legal officer, sold over $6 million during the same period, while Foley sold $31.8 million. The stakes of Kushi, Cortese, Stanton and Feng were not disclosed in the filing because they own less than 5% and are not considered named executive officers.

Kourtney Kardashian Admits That She's Intimidated by Kylie Jenner's Billionaire Status
At the tender age of 21, Kylie Jenner became the world's youngest self-made billionaire. She reached the milestone faster than moguls like Mark Zuckerburg, who earned the title at 23, and her famous siblings who set the foundation for her success.
And while her family has commended her on the achievement, at least one member has suggested that it's made things kind of… weird. In a new interview, Kourtney Kardashian admitted that Jenner's billionaire status can be a little intimidating.
