NASA: After a number of asteroids passed very near Earth earlier this week, a new asteroid has appeared on the horizon. This asteroid, which is as big as a house, will be approaching Earth today.
According to NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, asteroid 2022 FH is an 18 meters wide asteroid, which is as large as a multi-floored house. The asteroid will make its closest approach to Earth at a distance of 1,580,000 kilometers.

This is NASA's plan to stop asteroid impacts from destroying cities
Considering the size of some of the asteroids out there, it isn’t surprising that NASA and other space agencies are worried about one impacting the Earth. After all, NASA says that an asteroid of at least 460 feet in diameter could destroy an entire city if it hit the planet.
