While every bikini barista stand has its own vibe, the idea is mostly the same everywhere: Car pulls up, customer engages in flirty banter, pays double the usual latte prices, tips $5 to $20 depending on the quality of the banter, the customer's mood, and how much they like today's outfit, and goes on their way. If it's a "show stand" like Beanies Bikini Barista, you can order a "naughty" coffee — code for coffee and a show. Beanies charges $20 for the barista to flash their upper half and $40 to flash everything. Prices vary from show stand to show stand, and some offer a brief nude dance and a picture or video for higher price tiers.

"Not every stand does it, but a lot of them do because that's where the money is made," says Saturn.

‘The Bachelor' Promises True Love. So Why Does It Rarely Work Out?

The season premiere of any installment in "The Bachelor" franchise always starts the same: with the host talking directly to camera about the lead's almost-certain path to finding lasting love. Unlike other popular reality dating shows, the franchise markets itself as a genuine chance to find love without any other incentives like cash prizes.

But it's actually not all that probable: Of the 40 combined seasons of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette," only eight couples have stayed together — not great betting odds.

That breakup felt like the last straw in believing this franchise could foster lasting love, so to look into why "The Bachelor" rarely makes good on its premise, we spoke to the former Bachelorettes Kaitlyn Bristowe and Tayshia Adams, as well as the former contestants Tyler Cameron and Melissa Rycroft about the flaws that doom the reality franchises' lovebirds.

On "The Bachelor" circumstances are purposely anti-real-world dating scenarios, the better to "focus" on finding real love. How To Watch The Eurovision Song Contest 2024 Finals

That's a big question, but it's essentially a contest where representatives of European nations (along with a handful of others) each submit a representative to battle it out in an international pop music competition. Each nation's entrant is often chosen through a local contest in that country — think of it as a bit like "American Idol," but with all original songs.

The most notable past winner is likely Abba, though a number of the victors have had crossover success around the world. The competition began in the 1950s and has been held each year since. To help take us through this year's contest, we brought in the hosts of the "Eurovangelists" podcast, comedy writers and performers Jeremy Bent, Oscar Montoya and Dimitry Pompée. The show features relatively new fan Jeremy, longtime fan and expert Dimitry and the passionate Oscar discussing and disagreeing about Eurovision. "What gave me a lot of confidence in the idea [of the podcast] is that Oscar and I have seen everything, but there are times when we do not get along," Pompée said. "Because we can't agree on what a good song is — because he's wrong."

After two rounds of semifinals earlier this week, the nations who've made it through compete Saturday, May 11 at 9 p.m. Central European Time. That's 3 p.m. Eastern, 12 p.m. Pacific here in the States.

Channel 10 has announced the complete cast of the 2024 Celebrity Edition of The Amazing Race Australia.

The reality series, which kicked off filming in Buenos Aires, Argentina this week, features pop star Natalie Bassingthwaighte, 48, and her sister Melinda Sheldrick racing against 10 other teams.

Ten took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal the cast of the long-running reality hit after a blogger leaked details earlier this week.

The fan site also posted a photo of  a crowd in front the Presidential residence, the Casa Rosada, with a caption announcing the start of production.

Married at First Sight's 'Cyclone' Cyrell Paule , 34, and her boyfriend, Eden Dally, 31, have also been confirmed for the travel series as well as funnyman Peter Helliar , 48, and his wife Bridget.

When regularly exercising, women reported feeling more happy, energetic, and confident, according to the global Move Her Mind report

According to the largest global study on the exercise gender gap, there is a direct link between a woman's level of activity and her state of mind.

Specifically, women reported feeling 52% happier, 48% more confident and 50% more energized when exercising regularly compared with when they were not, according to the Move Her Mind study, which was commissioned by ASICS and surveyed nearly 25,000 people and conducted 26 focus groups around the world.

"Regardless of their level of activity, women are facing barriers to being as active as they would like to be," study lead Dr. Dee Dlugonski said in the report.

Not having enough time to exercise was cited by more than half of the women surveyed. The most common obstacles were too many other commitments at 76% and not enough time at 74%.

The singer from Gilbert had advanced to the Top 7 on a Katy Perry judges save last Monday, but was one of the contestants sent home Sunday after the audience voted for this season's Top 5.

"Honestly, I feel like this whole thing has been super surreal,"  Breinholt told The Arizona Republic last Monday. "But now ... it's getting real. Like, it feels like I'm on 'American Idol' now. It feels like there's competition. And it's intense a little bit."

How Do Time-restricted Eating, High-intensity Workout Aid Health?

High-intensity exercise and time-restricted eating may do more for cardiometabolic health and weight loss than either approach alone, according to a new study published in PLOS ONE .

High-intensity exercise combines intense aerobic exercise with resistance exercise. Time-restricted eating limits the hours in which someone eats, but not what is eaten.

After 12 weeks, the researchers found that all three groups "had significant weight loss and decrease in waist and hip circumference," according to a news release posted on Science Daily . They also enjoyed positive changes in their lipid and glucose levels.

"We can highlight in this study that time-restricted eating is a good solution to combat obesity, easy to implement since it does not require people to limit their overall food intake or count the total number of daily calories," the study's corresponding author, Rami Maaloul, said in a written statement from PLOS One. "In addition, sport has a fundamental role in preventing weight gain."

Fat-free mass — defined as a combination of lean mass and skeletal muscle mass — and blood pressure both got better in the exercise group and in the combination group, but not for those who only practiced time-restricted eating. The researchers noted that indicates it reduces fat mass without reducing muscle mass. "This finding may help to explain why time-restricted eating could improve metabolic dysfunction in obese people, as muscle mass plays a crucial role for resting metabolism, glucose regulation and maintaining skeletal integrity."

Benefits Of Exercise Analyzed At Molecular Level In MoTrPAC Study

I t's widely known that exercise is beneficial for health. Yet science doesn't have a clear understanding of what makes moving so good for us, including what molecular mechanisms are activated by exercise.

To answer those questions, researchers launched a large, 10-year study in 2015 to understand the biological impact of physical activity in both rats and humans. The Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity Consortium (MoTrPAC ) — a group including scientists from Stanford University, the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and more — published its first paper on Wednesday in Nature .

To start, the group attempted to unravel the impact of endurance exercise in rats, organ by organ. Six-month-old rats trained on a miniature treadmill for one to eight weeks. Two days after their last bout of exercise, researchers measured the molecular response in 19 of their organs and tissues.

"A ridiculous number of measurements — 215 million measurements — were made with all different kinds of molecular assays," said corresponding author Michael Snyder, the director of the Center for Genomics and Personalized Medicine and Stanford School of Medicine. "The goal is to see the changes that occur."

Compared to tissues from age- and sex-matched rats who hadn't exercised, the athletes saw certain molecular responses activated, including immune, metabolic, stress, and mitochondrial pathways. Immune-related pathways were strengthened in the small intestine, for example, as well as, more moderately, in the heart and brain. For rats analyzed in the early stages of training, the researchers saw markers of increased muscle protein turnover in the kidney, as well as higher cortisol levels, likely associated with the physical stress of training.

"It's a bit like a map," said Snyder. "We're trying to make a map of what happens when you exercise, and give a very comprehensive view."

Exercise also impacted rats differently depending on their sex, a result that didn't surprise Aaron Baggish, a professor of medicine at University of Lausanne. "We know from decades' worth of observing both animal and human models that men and women don't necessarily respond similarly to exercise," said Baggish, who was not involved in the study. "It's going to be the work of many of us in this field to try to understand why some of those differences occur, and these molecular data really represent an opportunity to do that in a new way."

Just days before the claims of infidelity were made public, Jess branded Callum's actions ⁘unforgivable⁘ in an interview with The Sun.

As a contestant on season 28 of The Bachelor , Georgas placed fourth in the competition to win the heart of tennis pro Joey Graziadei . In the end, Graziadei, 28, proposed to junior project manager Kelsey Anderson in Tulum, Mexico.

When Do Australian Survivor And Amazing Race Australia Film?

They are about to be unleashed in the new-look Top Gear Australia but when do presenters Jonathan LaPaglia and Beau Ryan head off for their respective ⁘day jobs' on Australian Survivor and The Amazing Race Australia ?

⁘Nothing's official yet for Survivor ,⁘ said LaPaglia, ⁘but typically we shoot every season around the end of July / August. As far as I know we are doing another season, but nothing's locked in yet.⁘

⁘In terms of Amazing Race we are going with a celebrity version again, which I'm happy about,⁘ says Beau Ryan.

⁘I mean, we had huge success last year off the back of the celebrity version, but I do like the fact that average Australians can compete as well.

⁘It's only a matter of time before we probably go back to that format. We've got an incredible cast and we are going relatively soon.⁘

⁘It's over and just fizzled out,⁘ a source tells PEOPLE of the pair, who were first linked in September 2023.

The split comes after the SKIMS founder, 43, and the Baltimore Ravens wide receiver, 31, were spotted exiting the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party together in March. At the time, a source told PEOPLE that they were " hanging out pretty much all night once he got there."

⁘There wasn't a ton of PDA like some of the other couples, but there was a lot of touching, and they were right near each other the entire time," the insider added. "They were careful about not being too all over each other, but there was lots of chemistry, and they left together."

Prior to Oscars weekend, the two were seen together at Michael Rubin 's Fanatics Super Bowl party at The Cosmopolitan with friends in February.

The same month, another source told PEOPLE the pair weren't rushing to make things official, noting they were "still hanging out, but it's pretty casual."

'American Idol' 2024: Kaibrienne Richins Eliminated During Top 7 Reveal

Kaibrienne Richins made it all the way to the "American Idol" top eight before being eliminated Monday night. Her eighth-place finish is the best for a singer from Utah since David Archuleta was named runner-up.

While Utah singers have had a strong presence on "Idol" in recent years — in 2021, Season 19 featured at least six — very few have made it as far as Richins, a 20-year-old singer from the small town of Henefer who was a strong contender all season long, as the Deseret News reported.

Until Richins' current run on Season 22, the last time a singer from Utah made the "American Idol" top eight was Season 7 — the one where pop star Archuleta, then a Murray resident, soared through the competition and claimed runner-up to David Cook.

Throughout her time on "Idol," Richins poured her emotions into ballads that carried a lot of meaning for her, and the top eight round was no different.

Richins had help from country star Shania Twain, who acted as a mentor for the contestants throughout the episode.

The "American Idol" Top 8 set out to perform on Monday night, but before that, there was an anonymous Judge's Song Contest where they selected songs for the contestants. The judge who had the most songs selected by the end of the show was the winner.

There was even a save from a judge, meaning only one contestant got eliminated in Monday night's episode.

Here's what to know about who went home and who is left in the Top 7 of "American Idol" Season 22.

KB took on the song "Traitor" by Olivia Rodrigo but failed to be a part of the Top 6, which is now the Top 7 with the Judge's Save.

Since Perry was the winner of the Judge's Song Contest, she had the option to save one of the singers in the bottom two.

"I chose that song because it's moved me a lot," Perry said. "I've spent many nights crying listening to that song and just surrendering. It's just so powerful, and that's what your voice does. It moves people emotionally.
