NBCUniversal filed an individual request for a video feed to be provided of former President Donald Trump ‘s election conspiracy case, which has been scheduled to start on March 4 of next year.
NBCU did so even though a coalition of major news organizations filed a request earlier this month for televised proceedings. NBCU also called for an oral hearing on the matter, in a filing made in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Three Missouri Men Sentenced for Conspiracy to Distribute Nearly 83 Pounds of Fentanyl
Darryl Turner, also known as "D," 59, Elmer E. Freeman, also known as "Duck," 56, and Robert D. Huddleston, 49, were sentenced in separate appearances before U.S. Chief District Judge Beth Phillips. Turner was sentenced to 23 years and eight months in federal prison without parole.
For example, in March 2020, Freeman sold fentanyl (supplied by Turner) to Randi Highfill, who in turn, distributed the fentanyl to an individual identified in court documents as "J.G." J.G.
